I am a trained chef, from the CIA, I have all the needed safety courses and training for cooking in a professional kitchen. Most of my cooking as a chef was done outside of Texas and off the beaten path. Places like the king fisher lodge in Montana where i was the head chef. even thought its not wild game or fresh caught the cooking practice is still the same. Hopefully I will impress enough with simple no frills properly cooked meals to make return customers.
